They are two separate things. Your subscription is the IPTVMain line itself — the credentials that give you access to the channels and on-demand library. The player is simply the app that displays it, such as IBO Player Pro, IPTV Smarters Pro or TiviMate. Most players are free; a few charge a small one-off activation fee that goes to the app developer rather than to us. Your line works in any compatible player, so you are never locked into one app.
Amazon Firestick and Fire TV, Samsung and LG Smart TVs, Android TV boxes, Android phones and tablets, iPhone and iPad, Windows and macOS computers, and Formuler boxes. Roku is the one notable exception — it does not allow IPTV player apps to be installed, so plugging an inexpensive HDMI streaming stick into the TV is the practical route. Most orders are emailed within 2 to 10 minutes. On busy evenings and weekends the queue can stretch to around 30 minutes. If nothing has arrived after that, check your spam folder first, then message us on live chat or WhatsApp and we will look up the order.
IBO Player Pro includes a short free trial of the app itself, which is completely separate from your IPTVMain subscription. When that trial ends the app asks for a one-off activation — currently £7 for a year or £10 lifetime — which pays for the player, not for your line. You can install your line on as many devices as you like — the living-room TV, a bedroom Firestick, a tablet, your phone. What is counted is simultaneous streams, and a standard subscription covers one at a time. Pausing on the TV and picking up on your phone works seamlessly. If two people need to watch different channels at the same time, contact us and we will add extra connections to your plan, which costs considerably less than buying a second subscription.
The programme guide is delivered separately from the channel streams, so it can briefly lag behind after an update. Force an EPG refresh in your player settings, give it a few minutes to download, then close and reopen the app. If the guide is still blank after that, our EPG troubleshooting guide covers the specific setting to check in each of the common players.
Routing between networks varies, and some providers shape or deprioritise high-bandwidth video during peak evening hours. That is why the same line can behave differently on two connections in the same street. As a rough guide allow around 10 Mbps for HD and 25 Mbps for 4K, use a wired connection where practical, and let us know which provider you are on if playback is inconsistent — it helps us point you at a better-routed server.
We generally recommend IBO Player Pro on Firestick. It is installed through the Downloader app using code 834339, then activated with the MAC address and Device Key that the player displays on screen. IPTV Smarters Pro and TiviMate are both solid alternatives if you prefer their layout. The Firestick tutorial has screenshots for every step.
Install a supported IPTV player from your television’s own app store, open it, and note the MAC address and Device Key it shows. Send those two values to our team and we will load your playlist onto that device. Reload the app afterwards and your channels appear. Samsung and LG each have their own walkthrough in the tutorials section, since the app stores differ slightly.
