IPTVMain Intellectual Property & Content Policy

How we create and maintain the material published on this website, how we treat third-party brands, and how to contact us if you believe something here infringes your rights.

Our content

IPTVMain independently creates and maintains the copy, setup guides, tutorials, troubleshooting articles and marketing material published on this website. Our content is written for our own customers and is revised on an ongoing basis as devices, player applications and our own service change.

Because this material is maintained rather than published once and left alone, pages are edited, expanded and occasionally rewritten over time. We keep development and source records for the material we consider significant, including version history for the website itself.

Visual assets

Images used across this website may be designed internally, commissioned, licensed from stock providers, or produced using generative creative tools, depending on what a particular page needs. We maintain records of how our principal visual assets were produced and when they were added.

Third-party names and trademarks

Device names, operating systems, applications, broadcasters and other third-party brands referred to on this website remain the property of their respective owners. Where we mention a device, an IPTV player, a streaming format or other factual information about compatibility, we do so to describe what our service works with.

Those references do not imply ownership of, endorsement by, or affiliation with the brands concerned.

Common industry terminology

This is a competitive sector, and much of the vocabulary it uses is functional and shared: subscription durations, supported device lists, connection counts, streaming quality descriptions and common troubleshooting steps. Providers describing the same underlying technology will inevitably use similar factual terms. We aim to express our own service in our own words, while recognising that factual and descriptive language is not, by itself, distinctive to any one provider.

Respecting the rights of others

IPTVMain respects legitimate intellectual property rights. If you own rights in material you believe has been reproduced on this website without permission, we would rather hear from you directly so we can review it properly.

Raising an intellectual property enquiry

So that we can assess an enquiry accurately and respond quickly, please include the following:

  1. The exact IPTVMain URL where the material appears.
  2. The exact work you believe has been infringed.
  3. The original source URL or publication details for that work, including its publication date where available.
  4. The specific text, image or asset alleged to have been copied, identified precisely rather than by reference to a page as a whole.
  5. Evidence of ownership of the work, or of your authority to act on behalf of the rights holder.

Send enquiries to contact@iptvmain.io with “Intellectual Property Enquiry” in the subject line. We will review the material identified and respond. Where a complaint is substantiated we will act on it; where we believe material is our own or consists of factual or descriptive information, we will explain our position and provide what supporting detail we reasonably can.

This page describes how we approach intellectual property matters and how to contact us. It is a statement of our approach, not a legal determination of any particular question, and it does not alter any rights or remedies available to a rights holder under applicable law.
