Setup Guide

IPTV Setup on iPhone & iPad

iOS setup is the quickest of any device because everything installs from the App Store with no sideloading. The one thing worth knowing is how to get it onto a bigger screen afterwards.

Step-by-step setup

  1. Open the App Store. Search for IBO Player Pro and install it. IPTV Smarters Pro is also available on iOS.
  2. Launch the app. Open it and note the MAC Address and Device Key displayed.
  3. Send for activation. Message both to us on live chat, WhatsApp or email and we activate remotely.
  4. Enter your login. Add your playlist using the Xtream Codes details from your welcome email.
  5. Watch, or send it to the TV. Stream on the device, or use AirPlay to push it to an Apple TV or AirPlay-compatible television.

Stuck at any point? Message us on email or live chat — we answer 24/7.

Troubleshooting

iPhone & iPad problems & fixes

Can I AirPlay to my TV?

Yes, if your TV or streaming device supports AirPlay. Mirroring is more prone to stutter than a native app — for regular TV viewing a Firestick is smoother.

The stream drops when I lock the phone

iOS suspends background video in some players. Keep the app in the foreground, or use a dedicated device for TV viewing.

Does it work on mobile data?

Yes. Allow roughly 10 Mbps for HD. For 4K expect heavy usage — around 7 to 15 GB per hour.
